Stanhope, Ashford
Situated approximately 1km to the south of the town centre, the now popular Stanhope was once a council housing estate and essentially a no-go area. However, the high levels of crime and anti-social behaviour are now a thing of the past and Stanhope is popular with investors and owner occupiers alike.
